Christmas Holiday 2024

Parcel deliveries may take longer than the normal delivery timescales during the period up to Christmas.

Delays to Royal Mail deliveries are beyond our control and whilst we will make every effort to dispatch orders on time, delays to expected delivery schedules are happening, particularly in more remote and rural areas.

Latest Recommended Order Dates for Pre-Christmas Deliveries:

• Place orders of £250 and over that are required by Christmas by 11am* Friday 20th December 2024.

• Place orders under £250 for dispatch on the basis of '3-5 working days' by 1pm on Wednesday 18th December 2024. Adherence to these dates will provide the best opportunity for your order to be delivered in time for Christmas.

Our offices will be closed from 3pm Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen at 10am Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Our website will remain open for orders 24/7 and any orders received during this period will be processed upon our return and will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
